General terms and conditions

Article 1 – Definitions

In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
Cooling-off period: The period within which the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal.
Consumer: The natural person who is not acting in the exercise of a profession or business and enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur.
Day: Calendar day.
Duration transaction: A distance contract relating to a series of products and/or services, where the delivery and/or purchase obligation is spread over time.
Durable data carrier: Any tool that enables the consumer or entrepreneur to store information addressed personally to them in a way that allows future consultation and unchanged reproduction of the stored information.
Right of withdrawal: The option for the consumer to withdraw from the distance contract within the cooling-off period.
Entrepreneur: The natural or legal person who offers products and/or services to consumers at a distance.
Distance contract: A contract concluded within the framework of a system organized by the entrepreneur for the distance sale of products and/or services, using one or more means of distance communication up to and including the conclusion of the contract.
Means of distance communication: A method that can be used to conclude a contract without the consumer and entrepreneur being physically present in the same place at the same time.
General Terms and Conditions: These current terms and conditions of the entrepreneur.


Article 2 – Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within a cooling-off period of 30 days without giving any reason. During this period, the consumer must handle the product and packaging with care.
If the consumer uses the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all delivered accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition, in accordance with reasonable instructions from the entrepreneur.


Article 3 – Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by the entrepreneur and to every distance contract and order between the entrepreneur and the consumer.
Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these terms will be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, it will be indicated where the terms can be inspected and that they will be sent free of charge upon request.
If the contract is concluded electronically, the terms may be provided electronically in such a way that the consumer can store them on a durable medium.
If additional specific product or service conditions apply, the consumer may always rely on the most favorable provision in case of conflict.
If any provision is void or invalid, the remaining terms remain in force.
Situations not covered shall be interpreted in the spirit of these terms.


Article 4 – The offer

If an offer has a limited validity period or conditions, this will be clearly stated.
The offer is non-binding and may be changed or adjusted.
The description of products/services is complete and accurate.
Images are a true representation, but minor variations (e.g. color differences) may occur.
The offer clearly states all relevant rights and obligations, including shipping costs, payment methods, delivery, withdrawal rights, validity period, and other important information.


Article 5 – The agreement

The agreement is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and meets the conditions.
Electronic acceptance is confirmed immediately.
The entrepreneur may assess whether the consumer can meet payment obligations and may refuse orders if necessary.
The entrepreneur provides essential order information and guarantees secure electronic transactions.


Article 6 – Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a 30-day period to cancel the purchase after receiving the product.
The product must be handled carefully and returned in original condition and packaging where possible.
The consumer must notify withdrawal within 30 days and return the product within 30 days after notification.
Failure to do so means the purchase is final.


Article 7 – Costs in case of withdrawal

Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.
Refunds will be issued within 30 days after withdrawal, provided the product has been received or proof of return is provided.


Article 8 – Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The entrepreneur may exclude withdrawal rights for specific products, such as:

  • Custom-made products

  • Personal items

  • Perishable goods

  • Sealed hygiene products once opened

  • Digital content with broken seals


Article 9 – Price

Prices will not increase during the validity period except due to VAT changes.
Price changes due to market fluctuations are allowed if stated.
Errors or misprints do not bind the entrepreneur.


Article 10 – Conformity and warranty

Products must match the agreement and legal requirements.
Legal rights of the consumer remain unaffected by any warranty.
Defects must be reported within 30 days.
Warranty does not apply if misuse, unauthorized repair, or external causes are involved.


Article 11 – Delivery and execution

Orders are handled with care and delivered within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
Delays will be communicated, and consumers may cancel free of charge if necessary.
Risk transfers upon delivery.


Article 12 – Duration contracts

Consumers may cancel ongoing contracts with a notice period of up to one month.
Automatic renewal rules are restricted and must comply with consumer rights.


Article 13 – Payment

Payments must be made within 7 days unless otherwise agreed.
Consumers must report incorrect payment information.
Late payment may result in reasonable additional costs.


Article 14 – Complaints

Complaints must be submitted within 7 days.
Responses are provided within 14 days.
If more time is needed, the consumer will be informed.
If unresolved, the dispute may proceed to a formal resolution process.


Article 15 – Disputes

All agreements are governed exclusively by Dutch law, even if the consumer lives abroad.
