Information on Withdrawal
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date:
- on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes possession of the goods, provided you ordered one or more goods in a single order and they were delivered together;
- on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes possession of the last goods, provided you ordered multiple goods under one order and they were delivered separately.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. This can be done via email: support@kronbergathletics.de.
You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than 30 days after receiving your withdrawal notice.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you incur any fees for this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have:
- received the returned goods, or
- you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return or hand over the goods immediately and in any case no later than 30 days from the day you inform us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 30-day period expires.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Reasons for exclusion and expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
- for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and are made based on an individual choice or decision of the consumer;
- for the supply of goods that can spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life;
- for the supply of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed at the time of the contract but which can only be delivered at the earliest 30 days after conclusion of the contract and whose value depends on market fluctuations;
- for the supply of newspapers, magazines, or periodicals, except subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:
- for sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery;
- for goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;
- for audio or video recordings or computer software supplied in a sealed package if the seal has been broken after delivery.
