Shipping policy
The delivery time consists of two phases:
1. Processing time
Within 1–3 business days after placing the order, it is checked, approved, and packaged. The package is then prepared for shipment.
2. Delivery time
Germany: 5–10 business days
Shipping is handled by DHL.
All delivery times exclude any customs delays. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year, delivery times may be longer.
What are the shipping costs?
We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage to the package.
Where is my package?
After shipment, the customer will receive an email with a tracking number.
Orders can be tracked via the tracking page on our website. Simply click “Track Your Order” in the main menu.
For logistical reasons, orders may be shipped in multiple parcels.
My tracking number is not working
It may take up to 5 business days for tracking information to update. If there is still no information after a few days, please contact our customer service team.
